Tuesday, September 18- Drummers in Exile

The Global Groove Network had a chance to visit the Drummers in Exile in action. Participating and filming the last outdoor drum circle of the season was truly a unique and fascinating experience. The drum circle is something that has true significance in the message our network is spreading...the organic feel of how people communicate through beat, rhythm, and dance is amazing to witness in all it's glory...it truly was an eye opener.

 
 
Sunday September 2- Labor Of Love, The Guvernment, Toronto

 

The Global Groove Network finished the summer off right with the biggest party of the summer at the Guvernment complex in Toronto. The event was Labor of Love...and it was truly that. We had a chance to catch up with Armin van Buuren and Sander Van Doorn and get their thoughts on the scene as well as capture some amazing footage in the process.

*Along with artists of OM, we featured DJ Dan around Miami as he took care of business for Radio One with Pete Tong. We also covered the world famous AM Only party, a beach side session at Nikki Beach, and closed the weekend with 40,000 people at the Ultra Festival. This truly is an inside peek to one of the worlds top d-jays as he makes his presence felt at the Winter Music Conference 2007. Footage available in the downloads section.
